This is a high end garments.If you can satisfy the following requirements, you will have the opportunity to be the Asian distributer based in China.

1. The distributor must be able to develop business in Japan and China.
2. They must be able to bring the goods in from Vancouver, Canada where everything is manufactured. After two seasons, we will produce in China for Asian distribution (which will greatly improve everyone's profits)
3.The distributor will need to provide financial statement / banking info / references
4.The distributor must have relations with high end stores and provide a list of proposed customers
5.The distributor must be able to order goods cash in advance for the first season and then a Letter of Credit for subsequent orders.
6.The distributor must commit to marketing and advertising and jprovide a list of tradeshows they wish to participate in.
The line has 3 vignettes, the fahsion edge group, the golf group and the tennis group. Mnay of the pieces can be intermixed as there is a spa/resort component as
well.
